1/32nd Scale Aircraft Kits
|
| |
| Heinkel He-162 'Salamander' |
| Kit #32105 |
| Look for it soon! |
| |
The
He-162 'Salamander' or Volksjager was an incredible wartime achievement,
especially given the fact that Germany was being hammered by Allied
bombing and critical materials and skilled labor were desperately
needed everywhere. Yet, this aircraft was designed and produced
in less than six months! Drawings were ready at the end of October
1944 and by January 1945 they were rolling off the assembly lines!
Our Representative of this unique jet fighter was mastered by
Colin Wheeler who has spent over 400 hours on this marvel. It
is highly detailed and the cockpit, wheel well, and engine are
exemplary. It is sure to be a favorite for many.

| North American T-6 Texan |
| Kit #32106 |
| Look for it in January 2008! |
| |
Probably
the world's most popular aircraft trainer, the T-6 served with 55
countries and was also used as a fighter, fighter-bomber, forward
air control, and a counter-insurgency aircraft.
Master maker Gerry Niles is doing a great job of capturing the
finer elements of the T-6 design. The large cockpit area is slated
to be full of detail and provides for different configurations.
Canopy frames for the T-6C/D, as well as the T-6G will be provided.
Trying to decide which decal markings to represent is the real
chore!

| Arado Ar-234B and Ar-234C |
| Kit #32202 |
| Coming Soon! |
| |
The
Arado Ar-234B 'Blitz' jet was able to fly faster than any allied
fighter. This capability was perfect for the important reconnaissance
missions, whether over the D-Day Beaches, the Italaian front, or
even Britain itself. It was virtually impossible to intercept the
Ar-234B in this role. It was also pressed into service as a night
fighter, high speed bomber, and even a close support bomber in the
'Battle of Bulge'. The four engine Ar-234C was even faster than
the Ar-234B, with speeds over 500 mph.
We have utilized some really excellent research material in our
representation, including many actual photos from the restoration
of the Ar-234B 'Blitz' at the National Air and Space Museum. We
plan to offer both the B and C versions and maybe even a limited
edition 'D' version. Master maker Colin Wheeler is doing a magnificent
job; you're going to love all the cockpit detail, not to mention
the RADO units, jet engines, and wheel wells.

| Aichi D3A 'Val' |
| Kit #32111 |
| Look for it in December 2007 |
| |
| The premier dive-bomber at Pearl Harbor, 'Vals' were involved
in all the major carrier actions during the first ten months of
the was in the Pacific. It sank more Allied naval vessels than any
other Axis aurcraft and it sank the H.M.S.Hermes, the first Aircraft
Carrier to be sunk by a carrier aircraft. This classic aircraft
has been thoroughly researched and an actual surviving example was
examined in order to bring youa great aircraft kit that will be
a treasured addition to your collection. |
| |
| Hawker Tempest |
| Kit #32112 |
| Coming Soon |
| |
| Arguably the best single seat fighter built for the RAF during
WWII, the 'Tempest' was fast, rugged, well armed, and proved effective
against the new German aircraft appearing in the skies. It was also
credited with shooting down 638 German V-1 Flying Bombs. We have
assembled some truly excellent and highly detailed drawings for
this great aircraft and have already finished the prototype. |
| |
| Messerschmitt Bf 109F (and early G's) |
| Kit #32113 |
| Coming Soon |
| |
| One of the greatest aircraft in history and the most important
fighter in the Luftwaffe, the Bf 109 series saw the introduction
of the 109F at the end of 1940. Considered by many to be the apex
of the Bf 109 development, it was very different from earlier versions.
Thanks to some great research material and the very fine skills
of master maker Michael Bragg, this classic will finally be given
the proper attention it eserves. |

| Westland 'Whirlwind' |
| Kit #32201 |
| Coming Soon |
| |
| Although faster than the early Spitfires, the 'Whirlwind' was
assigned to a lesser role in the early days of WWII. Armed with
four 20mm cannon and 1,000 lbs of bombs it proved adept at ground
attack. One of those aircraft with a 'classic look', our 'Whirlwind'
is going to turn many a head; the detailed cockpit and gun bay are
sure to please. |
